Native Spaces minutes June 6th, 2006

All present,
Geoff Coffey, President
Casey Allen, Treasurer
Greg Hayes, Secretary

These minutes include the informal meeting of May 23rd
which discussed the same two subjects.

1) Web site and logo development:

--agreement upon logo design with the
hummingbird feeding on a salvia flower coming out of
the I in Native.

--agreement on hummingbird sillouhette banner for web
page

--agreement upon no. 4 design

--agreement on buttons:

Contact/Classes/Gallery/Nurseries/Tours

--agreement upon front page use exisiting mission
statement only for now, further text later:

"Native Spaces promotes the Use of California Native
Plants in residential, commercial and public spaces"

2) Long-term Planning Retreat:

--Proposal and agreeement upon a long-term planning
retreat, to develop a five year plan for Native
Spaces.

--Proposal and agreement on 1-2 night trip to local
park.

--proposed target dates: July 27th through 30th.

Next meeting in two weeks, Tuesday June 20th at 7 pm.

Agenda:

--Meet with designer, discuss and finalize web and
logo design

--Finalize retreat plan and date

Other business??? mail items to me.

I will send out an agenda a week before the meeting
and maybe we will make one week before standard.
