1. Web site text -- Casey, Geoff, Gregg bios refined and approved. Geoff has copy agrees to post. Just need pictures now. Apprenticeship text approved also.

2. Expectations roles of members --Geoff wants more work from other Board members. Greg says in Law school, already fulfilled work duties for NS, by contributing many hours and $75. Casey says can only work 4 hours per month as stated when we began. Casey suggests work meetings. Resolved: regular schedule will include work meetings. NS will have work meetings once a month where Board members concetrate on tasks, and direct members and apprentices. 1st Tuesday NS Board meeting. 3rd Wednesday work meeting. Casey/Geoff want the minutes out more quickly so we will know what we are doing. Formal minutes/meeting requiremts. Minutes out one week after meeting. Agenda items sent to Secretary at least three days before meeting. Agenda out at least three days before meeting.

3. Apprenticeships-- Geoff proposes apprentices work with Landscapers, Nurseries, etc. Greg says we should be sure to have an intellectual component to apprenticeships so not just labor. Agreed, further develop apprenticeship program, write policy, section of web-site.

Geoff reports on current apprentices, worked out pretty well as a test run. Good response. Good people, will ultimately be very successful. Agreed we need to have things a little more developed and then bring in apprentices when we launch organization.

4. Treasurer: Casey recieves $25 from Greg toward NS, Casey will open bank account. Casey also contributing $100 and figuring out phone number. Casey to take small business and accounting class. Resolved: Quickbooks will be NS accounting software of choice.

5. New Board Members: Need new Board members. Agreed: will approach Jake Sigg and Josiah about being on the Board. Will try to identify other potential board members. Board members should be skilled in the native plant arts.
