Geoff explained Native Spaces Movabletype(controls web site) to folks.

8:15 Vote on new President and Secretary, Casey will retain Treasure position for one more year as Native Spaces will elect positions for two year term.

Motion made 2/6/07 for nominations for President and Sec.

Motion, nomination open until this meeting, e-mail nominations and vote via E-mail. No more nominations.

Vote Taken by voice. All in favor of the ballot, as there were only one person for each position.
